Started with Naracoorte Seeds in November 2011 and with his wife Emma became part owners in the business. Now Joshua is the national and international Lucerne seed trader and local pasture seed advisor.

Joshua is currently the chairman of Lucerne Australia who are the peak body for Lucerne seed in Australia.
